Dr Jason Dang has decades of extensive knowledge and experience in practically applying the principles of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy as well as Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry. After leaving Chemical Analysis Pty Ltd, in the last 15 years he provided the leadership in the operations of the research facilities at Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, including planning and management of operations, infrastructure, budget, resources, regulatory compliance and research support to the staff, students and external clients.

His area of expertise in structural elucidation, identification of sample degradation and impurities of known compounds in drug discovery products using 1D, 2D NMR spectroscopy and High-Resolution MS has supported vast number of research groups in Australia.
